Holy Bear Blanket

Award-winning artist, jeweler, and actor, Michael Horse, painted this ledger painting. In it, Holy Bear sends his prayers to the Creator with the golden eagle letting him know they were heard. Holy Bear holds an eagle feather fan and is a person of respect and importance, wearing his headdress.  The red lines coming from his and the eagle's mouths indicate they are speaking.
