THRIVE! Herbal Blend / 4 oz

ENERGIZING, UPLIFTING AND WARMING, AN ALL-ORGANIC & CAFFEINE-FREE HERBAL BLEND Ginger root, tulsi, goji berries and licorice root are all powerful adaptogens that strengthen the adrenals and the immune system. Ginger, tulsi and licorice also work together to support digestive and respiratory health. Three different varieties of the masterful tulsi plant - Rama, Krishna and Vana - are included in order to supercharge the potency and balance of this infusion. Goji berries are delicious and full of antioxidants; and roses nourish the heart, and are full of vitamin C and beauty! INGREDIENTS: an all organic blend of ginger root, tulsi, goji berries, licorice root, and rose petals. CAUTION: Contains licorice root. If you have high blood pressure or take blood pressure medication please consult your health care practitioner before using this blend. BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Place a heaping tablespoon of the blend into a heat-resistant cup. Pour 8 oz of boiling water over the herbs and steep covered for 10 to 15 minutes. The longer you steep the plants, the stronger the infusion. Strain the plants and enjoy your herbal tea! Add a touch of honey if desired. You can use a teapot or a French press to infuse your plants. The French press is a convenient and an excellent option as it gives your plants ample space to infuse fully. You can infuse the same serving of plants twice and enjoy your second cup of herbal tea later in the day! WHEN TO DRINK YOUR HERBAL TEA: Any time of the day, except bedtime - as it is quite energizing! This fully recyclable and compostable pouch contains 15 generous servings of the blend. NET WT 4 oz
