Three Bean Chili & Cornbread

A slow cooked veggie chili with a sweet green chili cornbread.. what's not to love? Three Bean Chili & Cornbread is hearty, warming, and exactly the kind of bowl you want after a long day outside when your body is craving something filling and full of flavor. This chili brings together three types of beans simmered with warming spices for a bowl that’s rich, satisfying, and just slightly spicy. We slow-cook the chili to bring out the full depth of flavor from our locally sourced red chile powder, creating a sauce that’s smoky, savory, and deeply comforting. As always, we sneak in some veggies too—carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper! The finishing touch is the sweet cornbread pieces. Stir them in and they soften into the chili, soaking up all that savory goodness while adding just the right balance of sweetness. The result is a perfectly balanced bowl—warm, hearty, a little spicy, and deeply comforting.
