Thomas S. Moore Bourbon Port Cask

Thomas S. Moore Bourbon Port Cask is a premium and innovative expression that brings together the rich heritage of bourbon with the unique complexity of port wine cask finishing. After being initially aged in traditional bourbon barrels, this whiskey is transferred to port wine casks, allowing the bourbon to absorb the distinct characteristics of the port wood. The result is a beautifully balanced bourbon with enhanced depth and complexity. On the nose, you'll experience inviting aromas of dark fruits, such as figs and cherries, alongside sweet notes of caramel and toasted oak. The palate is rich and velvety, with layers of dried fruits, brown sugar, and subtle spice, complemented by the signature vanilla and oak flavors of bourbon, all brought to life by the port cask influence. The finish is smooth and satisfying, with a lingering sweetness and a touch of spice. Perfect for whiskey connoisseurs seeking a new and exciting expression, Thomas S. Moore Bourbon Port Cask offers a unique twist on classic bourbon.
