Protect your home with the ThirdReality Zigbee Water Leak Sensor, tailored for seamless integration with Home Assistant. This compact, battery-powered sensor detects water leaks instantly, triggering automations or alerts to prevent costly damage. Designed to fit anywhere—kitchens, basements, or near appliances—it pairs effortlessly with Home Assistant via Zigbee (using ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT) for real-time monitoring and custom automations. With a 3-year battery life and a loud 120dB alarm, it’s a reliable addition to your Home Assistant setup, ensuring peace of mind for homeowners, apartment managers, or hotel operators. FEATURES Zigbee Integration with Home Assistant: Works natively with Home Assistant through Zigbee coordinators (e.g., ZHA, Zigbee2MQTT) for fast, reliable leak detection. Also compatible with Echo (4th Gen), Echo Plus (1st/2nd Gen), Echo Studio, Eero 6/Pro 6, SmartThings (2015/2018), Aeotec, Hubitat, Homey Bridge/Pro, ThirdReality Hub, and ThirdReality Smart Speaker. (Zigbee coordinator required for Home Assistant.)   Instant Leak Alerts & Automations: When a leak is detected, the sensor sounds a powerful 120dB alarm, audible even in basements or upper floors. In Home Assistant, create automations to send mobile notifications, trigger smart plugs to shut off water valves, or activate warning lights. Push notifications and email alerts are also available via the ThirdReality app (with ThirdReality Hub/Smart Speaker).   Hassle-Free Setup & Versatile Placement: Installs in seconds—place it on any flat surface near washing machines, water heaters, sinks, or dishwashers. Its compact design (with an optional smaller size) fits discreetly in tight spaces. Pair it with Home Assistant’s Zigbee integration for automatic discovery—no tools or complex setup required.   Long-Lasting Battery & Monitoring: Powered by two AAA 1.5V alkaline batteries (included), offering up to 3 years of life. Monitor battery levels and real-time sensor status in Home Assistant or the ThirdReality app (with ThirdReality Hub/Smart Speaker). Historical leak events are logged for easy tracking, perfect for proactive maintenance.    Whats in the box?
