Thin Mint Truffle

Thin Mint Truffles are a decadent, inspired twist on a beloved classic cookie. Each truffle features a smooth chocolate mint center with a cool, refreshing peppermint flavor that’s perfectly balanced by rich cocoa notes. Mixed throughout are crunchy cookie crumbles, adding texture and a nostalgic nod to the original favorite. The truffle is then finished with a coating of rich dark chocolate, creating a rich shell that enhances the minty, chocolatey filling inside. Cool, creamy, and satisfyingly crunchy, it’s a perfect tribute to the iconic cookie in luxurious truffle form.
