This padded training escrima is 26 inches in length, with a diameter of 1 inch, making it closer to the standard hardwood or rattan escrima you'll be using once you improve your stick fighting skills. At just 3.5 ounces, this practice weapon is lightweight and similar to lighter rattan wood arnis sticks; But with its hollow PVC plastic core and foam rubber padding, this eskrima is more flexible and shock absorbent, making it more forgiving and less risky when it comes to injuries suffered while sparring. The vinyl-dipped finish takes away the danger of splinters and sharp edges. The painted gold dragon design gives it an added touch of style and authenticity. Safe sponge training sticks are a smart choice for beginning an escrima or kali stick training regimen. Get your hands on this thinner foam padded practice escrima and see what you're made of.
