The Ultimate Comic Font Vault

7 Premium Fonts Built for Comic Artists, By Retro Fanatics It started with a simple question between friends: “What font doesn’t exist but should?” When Jeremy from Hustle Supply Co. asked, we didn’t hesitate. We told him the world needed truly great comic fonts. The kind that feel like they were pulled off a vintage spinner rack in 1973, but with the polish and precision a modern comic artist demands. The result? A powerhouse collaboration between two lettering-obsessed shops: RetroSupply Co. and Hustle Supply Co. The result is the Ultimate Comic Font Vault. 7 typefaces explicitly crafted for comic creators. Whether you’re lettering a gritty noir panel, dropping a KAPOW! in the middle of a chase scene, or designing a nostalgic print piece that nods to the golden age of comics, this vault has you covered. 7 Fully Realized Fonts. Including dialog-ready sans-serifs, energetic brush scripts, and explosive display styles Built for Comics. Each font designed with pacing, texture, and tone in mind Made to Work Together. Mix and match styles effortlessly for cohesive layouts Crafted with Character. A Hustle Supply x RetroSupply collab packed with personality, not just polish If you're tired of phoning it in with Comic Sans clones this bundle brings the authenticity and energy your work deserves. FULLETO (The Heroic All-Rounder) A bold, blocky typeface with a slight tilt and solid footing. Perfect for dialogue boxes, captions, and anywhere you need a classic, readable Comic Sans with muscle. Feels like a mid-century pulp mag, reimagined for today. LEBRUSO (The Speedster Script) Leaning hard into those dynamic brushstrokes, Lebruso looks like it was lettered mid-run. Great for expressive dialogue, action sequences, or titles that need to look like a caffeinated cartoonist scrawled them at 3 am. MASTRO (The Heavy Hitter) Loud, chunky, and full of punch, Mastro is your go-to for titles, sound effects, and bold statements. It’s like if a boxing glove learned kerning. Use it when you want your text to land with a THUD. SUPRO (The Versatile Veteran) A confident sans with a subtle lean and tight tracking, ideal for both sound effects and in-panel headlines. Think of it as the workhorse font: steady, energetic, and always on beat. ULTIMO Extrude (The Cool Cat of Covers) Tall, smooth, and stylishly slanted, Ultimo feels like it belongs on the cover of a lost Italian crime comic. Great for dramatic titles or anywhere you want a bit of swagger in your lettering. ULTIMO Regular (The Chaotic Twin) A wild, distorted take on Ultimo, like its ink was dragged across the page by a villain’s ghost. Use it for speed lines, explosions, or when everything’s going sideways . INKLO (The Midnight Mouthpiece) Inklo is a clean, hand-drawn dialogue font inspired by classic horror and pulp comics. Its smooth strokes and subtle wobble make every speech bubble feel alive without distracting from the art. VOLTRO (The Electric Ink-Slinger) A lightning-fast brush script that crackles with motion. Voltro was made for mad scientists, masked vigilantes, and anyone shouting over the roar of a 1950s rocket launch.
