The Toolie, Mesh Skirt

A tutu for everyday tulling.  The Toolie is our vintage inspired, floaty take on the classic tutu—handmade from layers of soft tulle and finished with the tiniest 1/8" seafoam silk bias trim, tracing the edges with a subtle pop of pastel color. Designed as an easy layering piece rather than something to save for a special occasion, The Toolie can be worn over slips, dresses, trousers, shorts—or whatever else you feel like putting underneath it.  The adjustable waist makes for a flexible fit, while tiers of airy mesh create plenty of movement and volume without feeling heavy. A little romantic, a little whimsical, and surprisingly wearable.
