Experience the joy of nature with the Tahoe Treehouse Plan. It's an easy-to-build 10’ x 12’ do-it-yourself treehouse that will add a unique and special touch to any backyard retreat. This plan allows you to customize your treehouse to fit your needs. Choose between two configurations- a single platform and a house on top of it.  The layout of this plan is a platform that is 10' x 12' (120 square foot) with a house of 80 square foot, supported by 2 trees on one side, and 2 support posts on the other. The trees will need to be a minimum of 12" in diameter. Included with purchase: Tips, illustrations, and step-by-step instructions. These plans may be printed on regular 8.5x11 paper.  Plans DO NOT Include Hardware.  Hardware is specified, and the plan describes suggested siding or roofing materials. Still, you can substitute as desired - if you want our advice on which specific bolts you need based on your tree species or design load, please contact us for support and/or advice.
