The Support Ritual

AROMATHERAPEUTIC Serenity and Dream Skin are scented naturally with essential oils · No synthetic fragrance · Patch test if you react to botanicals For the nights your skin feels dry, tight, warm, and honestly a little overwhelmed. Three steps. Ninety seconds. Cleanse without stripping, cool the moment, seal in overnight comfort. Skin that has started behaving differently does not need more products. It needs the right three, in the right order. The Support Ritual is the evening routine I build first for every woman whose skin suddenly feels reactive: Oasis Oil Cleanser to remove the day gently, Serenity Cooling Mist to put hydration back, and Dream Skin Night Cream to hold that comfort in overnight. Value $148 · Your ritual price $129 The three steps, and what each one is doing 1 · Oasis Oil Cleanser — dissolves makeup, SPF, and the day without the tight, squeaky feeling a foaming cleanser can leave behind. This is the step that stops your evening routine from starting with dryness. 2 · Serenity Cooling Mist — a refreshing layer of hydration for skin that feels warm, flushed, or unsettled. Also the bottle most of my customers keep on the nightstand. 3 · Dream Skin Night Cream — an antioxidant-rich final step with astaxanthin, shea butter, and squalane, so skin feels replenished and looks smoother by morning. Why the order matters more than the ingredients. Oil cleansing removes what your skin no longer needs. Serenity brings water back to the surface. Dream Skin gives that moisture somewhere to stay. Each step has one job, so your skin is supported instead of overloaded. Choose this ritual if Your skin feels dry underneath even when it does not look dry on the surface. Warmth, flushing, or unpredictable reactivity is new for you. You want to settle your skin down before you add anything stronger. You enjoy a naturally scented ritual and are willing to patch test botanicals. Choose a different ritual if your main concern is dark spots and uneven tone — The Brighten Ritual is the fragrance-free option built for that. How to start: your first two weeks After 32 years in the treatment room, the most common mistake I see is starting three new products on the same night. Changing skin does better when you introduce one step at a time. Patch test first. Apply a small amount of each product along your jawline or inner forearm twice a day for two days. Days 1–4 — Oasis only. Days 5–8 — Add Serenity after cleansing. Day 9 onward — Add Dream Skin every other evening, then build toward nightly if your skin feels comfortable. Stop and email me at contact@purelybellabeauty.com if you notice stinging that does not settle within 15 minutes, redness that stays after you stop, itching, bumps, or swelling. Questions about this ritual Do I need all three, or can I start with one? Start with Oasis, then layer the others in as above. The ritual is priced as a set because the three steps work as a sequence — but your skin sets the pace. My skin is reactive right now. Is this too much? This is the gentlest ritual of the three, and the one I recommend for reactive skin. The caution is the botanical scent, not the strength — patch test each product before facial use. What if I am sensitive to essential oils? Serenity and Dream Skin are scented with essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance, and botanicals can be sensitisers for some people. If plant oils have bothered you before, patch test first or choose a fragrance-free routine instead. Is Dream Skin too rich for summer or for combination skin? Use a pea-sized amount for face and neck and adjust from there. Most women find it comfortable year-round; if it feels heavy, use it on alternate nights. Can I keep using my other products? Yes. Treat this as your comfort-first evening base, then reintroduce exfoliating pads, retinoids, or other actives one at a time once your skin has settled. How soon will I notice something? Skin should feel cleaner and more comfortable the first night. A softer, more replenished-looking finish builds with consistent use. Your evening, once you are fully built up Cleanse — Massage Oasis onto dry skin, add warm water, remove with a soft damp cloth. Mist — Spritz Serenity over face and neck while skin is still slightly damp. Press in — Warm a pea-sized amount of Dream Skin between your palms and press it into face and neck. Rest — Give it a minute before bed. The ritual does its work overnight. Pro tip from Cathi: Support comes before correction. Start here if your skin feels overwhelmed — once it feels steadier, you can add a Renew or Brighten step on purpose instead of out of panic. Every morning, finish with broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher. This ritual is one of three steps in The Perimenopause Method — Support, Renew, Brighten. Every purchase supports the Connecticut Cancer Foundation, so caring for your skin also supports women and families facing cancer. Start your support ritual tonight. Cleanse gently. Cool the moment. Wake up more comfortable.
