Our new units have two improvements that make the trailer even better. The roof is now flat, which makes installing an air handler, vent, or future add ons much easier. The serving window has been updated to a clean six foot wide, three foot tall straight awning opening. It gives you a wider serving area, better visibility, and a stronger, simpler frame. Function, durability, and layout remain the same. We are keeping the old photos up while the new units finish production, but the updates are all positives for vendors.
