From then on, people began to travel to the spring to experience the numerous health benefits, and the town of Epsom became known as a spa town. Now Epsom Salts are known for having a wide variety of uses; from helping remove splinters to resolving Magnesium deficiency. 100% Epsom Salt Custom scentable with any of our perfume or essential oils! To use Epsom Salts as a pain reliever for sore muscles and joints, pour two cups under warm running water into your bath and soak for up to fifteen minutes. To relieve mild sunburn, mosquito bites, or bee stings, mix one cup of Epsom Salt into one quart of cold water and apply with a wet washcloth as a compress.
