The Sherman

The Sherman — Craw Creature for Confident Fish Flirting Meet The Sherman: a crawfish/creature hybrid that looks like it graduated top of its class in “I’m definitely food.” Crafted by Taylor Magditch at Fish or Die Bait Company, this is the second custom bait that refuses to be boring. Who it’s for: anglers who rig creatively, chase blown-out shorelines, and appreciate lures that do more than sit pretty. Why it matters: buoyant ribbed flappers and large floating claws give you a realistic profile that says “eat me” without the awkward convincing. Key Features & Design Type: Crawfish/creature hybrid — versatile for multiple rigging styles. Action elements: Buoyant ribbed flappers that move like real appendages. Profile detail: Large floating claws for an irresistible, lifelike silhouette. Origin: Custom design by Taylor Magditch of Fish or Die Bait Company. Performance & Benefits The Sherman isn’t a decoration — it’s a problem solver. Those buoyant ribbed flappers keep motion at any retrieve speed, turning limp presentations into lively targets. The floating claws maintain a realistic silhouette even when you’re twitching, hopping, or making morally questionable jig flips at 2 a.m. Rig it wacky, Texas-rig it, or thread it on a shaky head — the hybrid shape opens up rigging options so you can adapt on the water without swapping lures every three casts. In short: more hookups, fewer apologies to your buddies. Perfect for anglers who want dependable action with a touch of personality. Fits right into AXG Life — Life, Adventure-Ready — because fishing should be effective and entertaining. Ready to fish smarter (and funnier)? Add The Sherman to your tackle and stop giving fish plausible deniability. Toss it in your gear bag and turn weekend casts into better campfire stories.
