The Resort Custom Sofa

The Resort Custom Sofa — the classic three-seater, built around you. Some silhouettes never go out of style, and the tailored three-seat sofa is one of them. The Resort's clean lines work everywhere from modern condos to transitional family rooms — and because it's made to order, you're never stuck with stock dimensions. Scale it to a cozy apartment wall or a wide great room, then choose from 271 fabrics, including performance weaves for kids and pets, velvets, Crypton, and linen. Underneath, it's all substance: a solid hardwood frame (never MDF), glued corner-block reinforcement at every joint, and anti-sag S-spring suspension — built in the USA to hold its shape for years, not months. A specialist confirms your fabric, size, and cushion feel before anything is charged, and your sofa arrives in about 4–6 weeks. See it and touch all 271 fabrics at our Pleasanton or Milpitas showroom, or design online with a specialist. White-glove delivery included Bay Area-wide, with 0% financing. For shoppers comparing fine furniture, the Resort’s solid-hardwood frame and made-to-order construction put it a level above mass-market sofas.
