The Wind-Down Stack: 5-Product Evening Relaxation & Recovery Support Bundle

Recovery is where champions are made. The Reset Stack is your nightly non-negotiable. You can train hard, eat clean, and work with discipline — but if you're not recovering deeply, you're operating at a fraction of your potential. Poor sleep is the single most damaging thing you can do to your body, your hormones, your cognitive function, and your longevity. The Reset Stack is Stronger For Longer's complete evening wind-down system — five products working together from cortisol management to deep-sleep induction to full overnight recovery. Made fresh to order in Golden, Colorado. Veteran-owned. No fillers. No pharmaceuticals. Just nature, optimized. 🌙 What's In The Stack & Why It Works 1. Reishi Relax Calming Drops: Detox & Destress Reishi mushroom — known in traditional Chinese medicine as the "mushroom of immortality" — has been used for over 2,000 years to calm the mind and support the body's natural recovery processes. Modern research confirms what practitioners always knew: reishi contains triterpenes and beta-glucans that modulate the stress response, support the immune system, and promote the kind of parasympathetic nervous system dominance your body needs to actually recover during sleep. SFL's Reishi Relax Drops deliver a concentrated liquid extract that begins working within 20–30 minutes — calming without sedating, relaxing without numbing. Take them 30–45 minutes before bed as your first evening signal. 2. Magnesium Glycinate: Relaxation, Stress Support & Whole-Body Wellness Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the human body — and research consistently shows that over 50% of Americans are deficient. Deficiency manifests as poor sleep, muscle cramps, anxiety, high blood pressure, and fatigue. Magnesium glycinate is the most bioavailable and gentlest form of magnesium — bound to the amino acid glycine, which has its own calming properties on the nervous system. Together they support deep muscle relaxation, healthy cortisol rhythms, and the neurotransmitter GABA — your brain's primary inhibitory signal. This is the single most universally impactful supplement in the entire stack. Take it every night regardless of everything else. 3. Ashwagandha+ with KSM-66 & Shatavari Powder KSM-66 is the most clinically studied and bioavailable form of ashwagandha root extract available — standardized to the highest withanolide concentration and backed by over 22 clinical trials. Ashwagandha works at the HPA axis — the hormonal communication pathway between your brain and adrenal glands — to reduce cortisol output. High evening cortisol is the #1 reason people lie awake unable to sleep despite being exhausted. By managing cortisol at the root, ashwagandha doesn't just help you fall asleep — it helps your body stay in deeper, more restorative sleep stages longer. Shatavari adds adaptogenic support particularly effective for stress resilience and hormonal balance. Take it with dinner or 60 minutes before bed. 4. GABA & Chamomile: Perfect Sleep Formula GABA — gamma-aminobutyric acid — is your brain's primary inhibitory neurotransmitter. When GABA activity is high, your nervous system quiets. Racing thoughts slow. Physical tension releases. Chamomile has been used as a natural sedative for centuries — its active compound apigenin binds to benzodiazepine receptors in the brain, producing calm without dependency. Together in SFL's formula, these two compounds address both the mental and neurochemical barriers to sleep. This is the product you reach for on high-stress nights when your mind refuses to turn off. Take it 30 minutes before your target sleep time. 5. Deep Sleep Strips: Relax Your Nervous System Within Minutes The final piece of the Reset Stack — and the one that makes it unique. SFL's Deep Sleep Strips dissolve on your tongue in seconds, delivering a precision-dosed sleep support formula through sublingual absorption — bypassing first-pass digestion for faster onset. This is the last thing you do before lights out. No water needed. No capsules to swallow half-asleep. Just place it on your tongue, let it dissolve, and let the stack do its work. The Strips work synergistically with everything else you've taken that evening — they're the closing signal that tells your nervous system the day is done. 📋 The Nightly Protocol Time Product Dose With dinner Ashwagandha+ KSM-66 1–2 capsules 45 min before bed Reishi Relax Drops 1–2 droppers in water 30 min before bed Magnesium Glycinate 2 capsules 30 min before bed GABA & Chamomile 2 capsules Lights out Deep Sleep Strips 1 strip on tongue Minimum protocol duration: 2 weeks for sleep architecture improvement.
