The Recovery Journey

A handbook for anyone with anything that interferes with their walk with God…anyone with anything! Jesus came to set the captives free, not just manage their captivity. Rarely have I seen a program that helps disciples be set free, receive such universal testimonials from church members and leaders alike as In Motion Counseling. With Jesus at the center, the Father above, and the Spirit working though us, truly God’s vision for us is freedom in Christ. This program helps connect you to that power to the extent you are faithful to its heart.  —Roger Lamb, Disciples Today From the beginning, Tim will remind you that Jesus is walking beside us. If you have decided to go on a journey of recovery, there is no one better to have with you than the creator of the universe, the Lord who gave His life for us, the brother who understands our weaknesses, the counselor who listens while holding our hand. This is the foundation of the work you are being called to in these pages. —Dr. Jennifer Konzen, from the Foreword About the Author Dr. Timothy Sumerlin has been a Christian for 41 years.
