The Peace Tree from Hiroshima - The Little Bonsai with a Big Story

A wonderfully Illustrated Bonsai book for children, their parents, grandparents and everyone else. It's a 400 year story of a famous bonsai that spent most of its life in Japan and now resides at the U.S. National Bonsai Museum. The graphics are beautiful and make the story easy to connect with and follow. Includes a simple section on the art of bonsai for any interested child. Altogether an excellent way to introduce children to bonsai and to another culture and time. The Peace Tree from Hiroshima by Sandra Moore - Illustrations by Kazumi Wilds.
