The Outer Worlds - PlayStation 4 - Obsidian Entertainment, Private Division

Wake from hibernation and shape the fate of a corporate-run colony in a player-driven sci‑fi RPG. The Outer Worlds on PlayStation 4 is a single-player, first-person role-playing game from Obsidian Entertainment and Private Division. Stranded at the edge of the galaxy in the Halcyon colony, you’re the unplanned variable in a conspiracy that threatens everything. Forge your path across Halcyon as you encounter competing factions and choose who you’ll become. Your decisions influence the narrative, your character build, your companions’ stories, and even the endgame scenarios. Embrace an innovative Flaws system that tracks your weaknesses and offers optional debuffs—like Raptiphobia after too many run-ins with Raptidons—in exchange for immediate character perks, letting you tailor a truly unique build. Recruit companions with distinctive abilities, personal missions, motivations, and ideals. Guide them toward their goals—or bend them to your own—as you explore settlements, space stations, and other locales across a colony where terraforming missteps have left dangerous alien creatures roaming. Decide who you are—and rewrite Halcyon’s future—when you play The Outer Worlds on PlayStation 4.
