The Nimbus 4 System stands as a benchmark in active pressure redistribution therapy, designed to provide the perfect balance of clinical performance and intuitive technology. Built for healthcare professionals who demand reliability and results, this innovative system automatically responds to the unique needs of each individual — ensuring optimised pressure management around the clock. At the heart of the Nimbus 4 is its dynamic alternating therapy, which continuously redistributes pressure to protect vulnerable skin and promote healing. Unlike standard surfaces, this system goes beyond simple alternation — it uses intelligent automatic adjustment to adapt to the patient’s weight, size, and position, maintaining the ideal support profile at all times. The result is a personalised therapy experience that enhances comfort and minimises the risk of pressure injuries, even in complex clinical environments. The Nimbus 4 also features Wound Valve Technology, a groundbreaking advancement that allows for precise, localised pressure offloading around specific wound sites. This targeted approach supports faster healing while maintaining consistent support elsewhere on the body — an essential feature for patients requiring meticulous wound management. Complementing this innovation is the Heel guard section, which provides an additional layer of protection for one of the body’s most at-risk areas. By delivering gentle, consistent offloading to the heels, the Nimbus 4 helps prevent pressure ulcers where they’re most likely to occur. Every detail of the Nimbus 4 System has been thoughtfully engineered to simplify care delivery. Its automatic cell pressure regulation continuously monitors patient movement and adjusts airflow accordingly — meaning caregivers spend less time re-calibrating settings and more time focusing on patient well being. Durable, quiet, and easy to clean, the system integrates seamlessly into busy care settings, from acute hospital wards to long-term care facilities. With its combination of intelligent automation, proven wound care technology, and patient-centered design, the Nimbus 4 System represents the future of pressure care surfaces. It’s not just a therapeutic support system — it’s a partner in healing, promoting both patient comfort and clinical confidence in every use.
