The Macallan Jing The Harmony Collection 2025 Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid Oolong Tea, one of China’s rarest and most aromatic teas, The Macallan “Jing” 2025 release from The Harmony Collection is a refined celebration of craftsmanship and flavor. Created in collaboration with JING Tea, this exquisite single malt captures the spirit of tea artistry through its complex blend of cask influences. Predominantly matured in American sherry seasoned oak, balanced with European sherry seasoned oak, and a subtle touch of American ex-bourbon casks, it highlights the profound role oak plays in shaping up to 80% of flavor and 100% of color in every drop. The result is a whisky that radiates warmth and sophistication with luscious notes of peach, apricot, floral honey, tropical fruit, and toffee, unfolding into a graceful, leafy astringency reminiscent of fine Oolong tea. At 87.8 proof, this elegant single malt delivers a layered sensory experience that’s both rich and refreshing, offering the perfect harmony between The Macallan’s mastery of oak and the tranquil complexity of tea.
