The Loaf Lifter Two (2) Pack

Set of two (2) Loaf Lifters for your bread oven.  Fits in RackMaster, Simply Bread, and Rofco B40. Are you open-baking in a home oven? The Loaf Lifters will also work on a baking steel or stone as long as your oven is more than 18 inches deep!  Want to bake at higher temps without sacrificing oven spring to avoid burnt bottoms? Try the Loaf Lifters. We run our deck ovens at 250°C for 13-16 minutes with steam, followed by 20 minutes without steam, to achieve perfect loaves and bottoms every time. When you release steam, slide the loaf lifters under for the remainder of the bake. Disclaimer: Loaf Lifters might come with minor scratches that happen during manufacturing or in the transport of the large sheets we receive. This does not impact the performance of the product and we do everything we can to hide scratches on the bottoms of the lifters.
