The Little Italy Collection

An Authentic Taste of Italian Delights. Bring the heart of Italy to your home with this meticulously curated assortment of authentic Italian delicacies. Perfect for effortlessly crafting a delicious antipasto platter or charcuterie board, this collection promises a genuine taste of Italian culinary artistry. Effortlessly transform your gathering: Simply unbox, slice the perfectly paired cheeses and meats, and artfully assemble them on the included cheese board for an immediate, elegant display. This collection includes: Piave Extra Aged Red (8 oz): A symphony of tropical fruit notes with a subtle bitter almond undercurrent. Its crystalline texture and buttery mouthfeel evoke a younger Parmigiano-Reggiano. Enjoy it simply with fresh or dried fruit, or shaved over your favorite pasta or salad. Auricchio Provoletini Ball (15 oz): A versatile cheese that evolves from mild and buttery when young to sharp and pleasantly dry with age. This delightful ball pairs exquisitely with cured meats like sliced Prosciutto or Soppressata, crunchy crostini, and a glass of fruity red wine.   Tanara 20-Month Prosciutto (3 oz): By law, Prosciutto di Parma needs to be aged for 400 days, and that is typically when producers will sell it. But Tanara ages this beauty for two-and-a-half years, allowing it to marinate in the surrounding terroir until the flavors are robust and the texture is supple and sublime.    Di Bruno Bros. Old World Sweet Sliced Soppressata (8 oz): An Italian classic, this rustic, sweet, and savory salami is a crowd-pleaser. Pair it with our house Provolone or other traditional sharp Italian cheeses, and your favorite Di Bruno fruit jam.   Di Bruno Bros. Sea Salt Crostini (7.04 oz): The perfect crunchy canvas for your culinary creations. Twice-baked for maximum crispness, these crostini are essential for showcasing your cheeses, meats, and dips.   Di Bruno Bros. Green Cerignola Olives (9.07 oz): A mild, meaty, and universally loved olive variety. Ideal for snacking and cheese boards, these olives also add a burst of flavor to salads and baked dishes.   Di Bruno Bros. Strawberry & Prosecco Jam (3.9 oz): Sweet, fresh strawberries infused with the delicate aromatics of crisp Prosecco. A delightful addition to any charcuterie board, it pairs beautifully with both soft and hard cheeses, especially when served with sea salt crostini.   On occasion, product substitutions of equal or higher value may occur.
