I’m a thong that can absorb period flow. Sorry for repeating myself, but a lot of people can’t believe it. I’m great for the end of your period when you want to feel non-periody. The absorbent padding is so discreet you won’t even know it’s there, yet it’s highly effective.. I’m not for the heavy days, but who wants to wear a thong on those? Nightmare. I’m great for working out in, and getting back to a non-period way of being.  When to wear: on lighter days or every day during a light period.  Trying to do period math? Click here to work out how many pairs you need for your period according to your Flow Threshold.
