The Last Dressing Table | Mirabilia Relics

Three objects, one collected story The Last Dressing Table is a set of three 5 x 5 framed canvas artworks from Velvet Ruins. One depicts an ornate perfume bottle in muted plum, another a decorative hair comb, and the third a small hand mirror. Together, they suggest the personal objects that might have been left on a dressing table at the end of a day. Each artwork is designed in-house by Mirabilia, professionally printed on canvas, and mounted in a deep shadowbox frame. The frames give the illustrations a gallery-inspired presentation and allow the three pieces to be displayed as a coordinated set. The Last Dressing Table is available only as a trio. Details to look closer at Gold-toned ornament appears across all three illustrations, linking the pieces without making them identical. The perfume bottle has a rounded silhouette and intricate fittings. The comb’s decorated crest gives way to long, fine teeth. The mirror has a slender handle and a softly aged reflection. Each subject has its own presence; together, they feel like objects gathered in one place. Hang the three artworks in a row, arrange them above a vanity, or display them on a shelf or bookcase. Their modest scale suits a dressing area, bedroom, or reading corner where the details can be seen up close. From Velvet Ruins Velvet Ruins finds beauty in the traces of lived experience. These illustrated objects evoke a private ritual without assigning it to a particular person or time. The trio makes a thoughtful gift for someone drawn to vintage decorative arts, intimate interiors, and artwork with a story left partly untold.
