The Joker Sequential EFI/CDI Master Kits (500 HP)

Joker EFI/CDI - The Most Powerful Multi-Port EFI System Take your high-performance or boosted V8 to the next level with ACES EFI’s Joker EFI/CDI—the most powerful Multi-Port EFI system on the market! The Joker is the only EFI system that integrates a Digital Capacitive Discharge Ignition (DCDI) system inside the ECU, delivering unmatched spark energy, precision, and control. Whether you're running high compression, forced induction, or aggressive racing setups, the Joker’s high-voltage CDI system ensures maximum power and efficiency. What Makes Joker EFI/CDI Unique? Unlike traditional EFI systems that rely on weaker inductive ignition, Joker’s CDI system produces a hotter, more consistent spark that burns fuel more efficiently, leading to: Superior combustion in high-boost or high-compression applications Increased power and throttle response Reduced misfires and improved fuel efficiency Total Control for Performance Builds Just like our Wild Card system, the Joker EFI/CDI works with most classic 8-cylinder engines, offering a customizable firing order in the start wizard and requiring a 7+1 timing setup for accurate ignition control. But what sets Joker apart is its built-in CDI technology and racing-grade features: Integrated Digital CDI – Produces 150mJ spark energy output for maximum ignition performance Massive Voltage Output – Primary voltage: 450-530V / Secondary voltage: 50,000V 2-Stage Rev Limiter – Set a max RPM limit for engine protection, plus launch control for optimal starts Burnout Mode – Holds RPM at a set limit for consistent, controlled burnouts Three Configurations to Match Your Build Standalone System – Includes ECU, wiring harness, handheld controller, and basic sensors Top-End Kit – Adds an aluminum intake manifold (black or raw finish), Gambler Series distributor, ignition coil, injectors, throttle body, and fuel rails Master Kit – Includes everything from the Top-End Kit plus a fuel delivery system of your choice MP-EFI vs. TBI: Why Multi-Port is Superior Throttle Body Injection (TBI) is outdated. It sprays fuel above the throttle blades, leading to uneven fuel distribution and weaker throttle response. In contrast, Joker’s true sequential MP-EFI meters fuel cylinder-by-cylinder, optimizing: Fuel economy Power output Drivability Built for All Power Levels – Stock to Race-Ready Power Levels: Available in 500 HP and 800 HP configurations Self-Learning: Stock to mild builds benefit from automatic tuning, while high-performance setups require custom tuning Injector Options: Choose between EV1 or EV6 style injector harnesses (coming soon!) Dual Wideband O2 Sensors: Ensures proper fueling across both banks for ultimate performance. From street builds to high-boost race cars, Joker EFI/CDI is the ultimate all-in-one ignition and fuel control solution. No need for a separate CDI box—Aces EFI is the only company to offer EFI and CDI in one ECU. If you’re serious about performance, The Joker is the system you need! Features: Integrated digital CDI with 150mj spark energy output 2-stage Rev limiter setting for max RPM, launch control, and burn out 32-bit software (OEM standard) that manages input/output signals, voltage, and RPM faster and more consistently than competitors Primary voltage 450-530 Volts, secondary Voltage 50000 Volts      5” full-color touchscreen handheld with built-in GPS speedometer Integrated coil driver for ignition timing control (when using Aces’ coil and distributor) Simple calibration wizard for initial setup- no laptop tuning required. Self-learning fuel table Dual fan control Step retard for nitrous control Boost compatibility (using laptop software) Free laptop software available for pro applications Compatible with Aces’ handhelds, dashes, CAN modules, and TCMs. Bosch 4.9 WBO2 sensor
