The Johnny

Johnny, our ‘father’ sauce, is a blend of jerk seasoning ingredients with rum and our sweet bbq sauce. This is a slightly sweet bbq sauce with a hint of rum, but a nice subtle kick of spice which is used as the perfect accent to any barbecue. Ingredients: BBQ sauce, dark rum, brown sugar, jerk, scotch bonnet, bouillon cube, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (edta). Keep refrigerated after opening. Suggested Use: Use the Johnny as liberally or as little as you’d like. We recommend using 4 tbsp for every 1lb to marinate your favorite cuts of meat, poultry or fish before grilling or baking.
