The Jerry

The Jerry – Inspired by wutupclegg.  Built for Tuners Who Want More Control. A new twist on the classic Load Master — The Jerry gives serious RC tuners a smarter, more adjustable way to test motors under load. Instead of direct shaft coupling, The Jerry uses a sliding motor stand setup, letting you connect your test and slave motors with pinion gears. Smaller pinion on the test motor and larger pinion on the slave will produce less load. Same size pinion on the test and slave will be similar to the Load Master minus the friction.  Change your pinions, change your load — it’s that simple.   Key Features: • Designed, tested, and proven on the bench. • Works with the most popular motor analyzers on the market (Motorlser II, Tunalyzer, SkyRC). • Built-in 3.5mm bullets — no more annoying alligator clips. • Includes one sliding motor stand and one stationary motor stand. • Clamping system locks motors in place and eliminates lateral play. • Threaded inserts for added strength and long-term durability. • Front-facing phase wire exits — no more phase wires in your way when adjusting timing. • Easy load adjustment just by swapping pinion gears — from mild to full send. – How much load can be ran will be determined by your analyzer. • 3D printed in PLA (other materials available by request). What’s Included: • The Jerry unit with internal resistor bank • 260mm sensor wire What You’ll Need: • A motor analyzer (Motorlser II, Tunalyzer, SkyRC) • A test motor • A slave motor (same turn count as your test motor recommended) • A power source for your motor analyzer • Pinions, lots of pinions.  I have tested 64 and 48 pitch aluminum pinions. – Setting gear mesh and maintaining pressure on the clamp is the responsibility of the end user, we assume no liability over stripped gears!     Motors, analyzer, power source, and pinions not included.
