After returning to Japan he gained his brewing license and was able to complete his bitters recipe within two years.   The Sakura bitters is made from pesticide-free Yaezakura flowers macerated with neutral spirit. the Yaezakura leaves are pickled with natural sea salt, resulting a in bitter that adds a floral umami depth to your cocktails.
