6X Head Honcho Cowboy Hat

The 6X Head Honcho delivers classic Western styling from Resistol and Poncho with dependable, all-season performance. Crafted from premium 6X fur felt in a warm Fawn color, this hat is built to stand up to miles of country roads, changing weather, and years of steady use. Its 4 1/4" crown offers a clean, traditional silhouette, while the 4" brim provides well-balanced coverage that is wide enough to shield your face and neck, yet shaped for everyday versatility. A tooled leather hatband accented with Poncho’s signature concho brings subtle character and craftsmanship to the design. Inside, a genuine leather sweatband delivers a secure, naturally cushioned, broken-in feel that only gets better over time. Whether you’re hiking ridge lines, following bird dogs through thick cover, or spending a long day outdoors, the Head Honcho stays comfortable, steady, and cool from daybreak to sundown. Durable, refined, and unmistakably Western, the 6X Head Honcho is made for anyone who values quality gear and a hat that’s ready for whatever the day brings.
