Pieta Brown - The Hard Way (Remix)

From Pieta Brown’s album “Freeway” comes a remix of “The Hard Way” In Pieta’s words… Dub version! Dance. Dream. Afterthought. Experiment. Love this remix of The Hard Way that engineer Brett Bullion helped me realize. The lyric floating in and out of re-calibrated fragments of the original track that I recorded live with S.Carey, Mike Lewis, & Jeremy Ylvisaker, (& engineer Zach Hanson). And I Love how Mark Knopfler’s guitar work still emotes and lifts the track in spite of the complete revision of the mix!
