Greystone - House Plan

The Greystone is a transitional style 4 bedroom ranch floor plan with great curb appeal, high ceilings and flow.  The central common living space features grand 12ft ceilings with large windows to the front and rear to let in tons of natural light. The main living space features a flex room to the front, a large living room with gas/electric fire, and a dining room with a 10ft wide sliding door to the rear yard. The kitchen includes a wall oven, a sit-in island facing the dining space and a walk-in pantry/storage closet.  Flanking either side of the common living space is a split bedroom layout with more intimate 9ft ceilings. To the left, a 3 car garage leads to a mud room with built-in cubbies and direct access to the three secondary bedrooms. On the right, the main bedroom suite features a long walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.
