In collaboration with our longstanding sherry producers from the Jerez region in Spain, these casks are seasoned with a bespoke blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherries. This extraordinary 40-year-old has been finished in these custom casks, enhancing its flavor profile with rich notes of poached plums and charred orange, dark cherries, warming spice, and braised red apples, culminating in a long, sweet finish.
