Apply - 1 coat of regular base coat gel  Curing time: 30 sec with the Pro Elio LED Lamp | 60 sec with any UV/LED Lamp or 2 minutes under a UV lamp. 3. Apply - 1 layer of Cat Eye Gel Polish. Use the Cat Eye Magnet stick to get the desired look (make sure to cure immediately after you created the desired effect). If needed you can apply a second layer of cat eye. TIP: You can create multiple effects by repeating the steps and holding the magnet in different positions over your nails. Do one nail at a time and cure immediately when you achieved the desired effect of the cat eye gel polish.
