The Essential Coffee Roasting Course featuring Rob Hoos

The Essential Coffee Roasting Course is an online, self-paced course for coffee roasters who are new to roasting and want to follow a formal curriculum to fast-track learning or are self-taught and want to check that their bases are covered. The course is also designed for those who run small operations with gas-fired drum roasters, but much of it can be applied to those who roast on other or larger machines for bigger companies, too. Course concepts can be immediately applied at work to add value to your business.  The online course includes 14 instructional videos running 95 minutes in total, a 125-page companion workbook with in-depth material about roasting concepts, links to complementary readings, and downloadable activities, charts, checklists, and forms to help you learn and get started running a safe and compliant operation. There are 7 review exercises, 2 quizzes, and a final exam. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion.
