The Day Pad Plus

Say goodbye to synthetic liners and disposables—and hello to breathable, sustainable comfort. The GladRags Day Pad Plus is a longer, wider version of our wildly popular Day Pad. The Day Pad Plus is especially great for light incontinence because it extends further forward, catching more of those annoying front leaks.  With customizable absorbency using a two-insert system, it’s ideal for those moments when light bladder leaks surprise you—whether you're postpartum, easing through menopause, or simply looking for a cleaner, greener option. (Originally designed for periods, this pad’s versatility is what makes it a fan favorite.) Unlike many disposables that may contain PFAS, plastics, or irritating chemicals, the Day Pad keeps only 100% cotton next to your most sensitive skin—no synthetics, no toxins, and no compromises. Why You’ll Love It: Customizable Protection: Includes one holder + two inserts so you can adjust absorbency based on your needs Plastic-Free Peace of Mind: No PFAS, no heavy metals, and no plastic means no toxic exposure near your vulva Soft, Breathable Comfort: 100% cotton feels gentle, stays cool, and helps you feel fresh Sustainable & Cost-Effective: Each pad replaces around 240 disposable incontinence products Discreet, Secure Fit: Measures 9" long x 2.75" wide when snapped — snug and subtle under clothing Made to Last: Crafted with care in the USA and guaranteed for at least 5 years No-Fuss Care: Machine washable and dryer-safe — no special steps required A Style All Your Own: Choose from prints that reflect your personality, not a medical supply aisle Why Choose Organic: Hypoallergenic: Organic cotton is naturally hypoallergenic - perfect for folks with sensitive skin, allergies, and chemical sensitivities.  Gold Standard of Sustainability: Our GOTS certified flannel and terry guarantees strict, globally recognized environmental and social criteria.  Longer Lasting: Organic cotton fibers are stronger and more durable due to the absence of harsh chemicals used in their cultivation and processing.  Exceptional softness: Organic cotton flannel is brushed to create a soft velvety texture that’s incredibly gentle against your most sensitive parts. Whether you're managing light bladder leaks or building a toxin-free routine for your daily freshness, the Day Pad Plus offers a reusable, feel-good solution that supports your body and the planet. Try the Day Pad if you’d like a shorter pad. The Day Pad Plus has additional length for an extended coverage area.
