The Savory Collection

Rich, grassy notes and a hint of anise round out the full character of our robust Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Try it tossed with pasta, drizzled over a caprese salad, or added to your next batch of pesto for an extra pop of flavor. Our Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil offers a bright, distinctive flavor thanks to the slow extraction of dried rosemary. This oil creates the perfect dipping oil for focaccia or any rustic Italian bread. Drizzle this flavorful oil over venison or add it to homemade pizza and pasta dishes. A fine, matured vinegar with subtle complexity, Vinagre Viejo de Montilla Vinegar is the ideal vinegar for many marinades and sauces. Use this vinegar when preparing tofu to excite the vegetarian in your life! Set Contains:  3 bottles, 40ml each Origin:  Italy, Spain
