A 3 carat cushion lab created sapphire is the centerpiece of this design, measuring 9.75x8mm with a 1.22 ratio. We set it in this piece with double claw prongs and framed it with mid-sized epaulette side stones for a full, elegant look. The setting is finished on a 1.6mm solitaire band in 18K white gold.
