The Calling Russian River Valley Pinot Noir USA:  California Sonoma County (Russian River Valley) 2023 Vintage 14.1% ABV The Calling Wine Deutsch Nantz Alliance Bing cherry, fresh strawberry, and orange zest on the nose.  The palate is supple and velvety, driven by red fruits with floral violet notes and a subtle earthiness emblematic of the Russian River Valley.  This luscious Pinot Noir is bright, clean, well-structured, and has a lingering, fruit-forward finish. The key to success?  When Jim Nantz and Peter Deutsch met, they discovered they both found success by pursuing a calling in life.  They also shared a passion for exceptional wine.  Now they have partnered to make hand-crafted wines sourced from the finest vineyards in Sonoma County. This wine is painstakingly crafted by James MacPhail from fruit sourced from several locations in the Russian River Valley with various sites contributing ripe fruit elements, structural backbone and complexity to the finished wine.  We hope you enjoy this medium-bodied Pinot Noir with flavors of Bing cherry, cinnamon, and hints of white pepper and black tea.  Cheers!
