The BEMER Basic-Set Evo

Overview The BEMER Basic-Set Evo – Your perfect entry point into the world of advanced therapy and recovery. The new B.Box Evo control unit is a true game-changer. With its intuitive touchscreen, user-friendly features, and premium materials, it offers an easy and effective introduction to BEMER therapy while delivering performance, recovery, and overall wellness benefits. "BEMER is an FDA Class II cleared consumer medical device that, during an 8-minute session, sends a low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic field into the body in order to safely stimulate healthy muscles, which temporarily enhances local blood flow, resulting in better disbursement of oxygen throughout the application area while eliminating carbon dioxide." It focuses on the most essential element of the therapy: full-body microcirculation support. Here is how to practically use the Basic-Set Evo to get started with your wellness journey:   Using the Basic-Set Evo The Basic-Set is a minimalist configuration. It includes the core B.Box Evo controller and the B.Body Evo whole-body applicator. This set is designed for the user who wants the full BEMER effect without the complexity of multiple small accessories. The Setup: Place the B.Body Evo mat on a comfortable flat surface where you can relax for 8 minutes—a sofa, a recliner, or even on top of your bed. The Connection: Connect the B.Body cable to the B.Box Evo using the magnetic plug. Unlike the higher-tier sets, the Basic-Set typically uses a wired power supply, so ensure you are near a wall outlet. The Session: Lie down on the mat. Position yourself so your head is at the end where the cable enters. The "Basic Plan": On the touchscreen, select "Intensity 1" for your first week. Simply press start and relax for 8 minutes. The B.Box will beep when your session is finished. Practical "Pro-Tips" for Daily Use The "Morning/Evening" Ritual: Since you only have the one main mat, consistency is key. Most users use the B.Body once in the morning to "wake up" the circulatory system and once in the evening to support recovery. Creating a "BEMER Corner": Because the Basic-Set requires being plugged into a wall (unless you purchase the battery stand separately), choose a favorite chair or a spot on the couch as your permanent "BEMER station." This makes it easier to stick to the 2 x 8 minute daily routine. Hydration is Key: To get the most out of the Basic-Set, drink a glass of plain water before and after each session. Improved microcirculation works best when your body is well-hydrated to move those nutrients and waste products. Why the "Basic-Set" is a Great Starting Point The "Pure" Experience: You aren't distracted by switching between pads or spots. You focus entirely on the foundational 16-coil full-body treatment which provides the most significant overall health impact. Easy to Upgrade: The B.Box Evo included in the Basic-Set is the exact same powerful controller found in the Premium-Set. This means if you decide later that you want the B.Spot for a knee or the B.Light for your skin, you can buy those pieces individually and they will plug right in. Simplified Operation: With fewer applicators to manage, the interface stays very simple. It’s perfect for someone who wants the technology to be effective but "uncomplicated."   Note: Even with the Basic-Set, you still have access to the Sleep Program on the controller. You can move the B.Body mat to your bed at night to run the sleep cycle, though it is slightly thicker than the dedicated B.Bed mat.
