"BEMER is an FDA Class II cleared consumer medical device that, during an 8-minute session, sends a low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic field into the body in order to safely stimulate healthy muscles, which temporarily enhances local blood flow, resulting in better disbursement of oxygen throughout the application area while eliminating carbon dioxide."   Breathable, Flexible, and Ergonomic – Relaxing Recovery The B.Bed Evo combines comfort and functionality: Breathable and flexible fabric for maximum comfort Ergonomic design supports your natural sleep posture Ensures effective relaxation and recovery while you sleep Puts the “Good” in “Good Night” The 16 inner coils are embroidered into the fabric and arranged for optimal effectiveness. Thanks to their flexibility, you won’t even notice them while resting, yet they work to enhance your recovery overnight. Sleek Design That Fits Any Bedroom Tasteful color scheme and Jacquard woven fabric Extremely thin, breathable, and non-slip Easy to attach to any mattress Seamlessly blends into your bedroom décor   Wake up feeling relaxed, energized, and ready for the day, without even noticing the B.Bed Evo was there.   Setting Up the B.Bed Evo The B.Bed Evo is designed specifically for full-body applications while lying down, making it the perfect "stealth" addition to your mattress.  You can tuck the B.Bed Evo under your fitted sheet and leave it there. In fact, that’s exactly how many people prefer to use it. Here is a quick guide on how to set it up and some things to keep in mind: Placement: Lay the B.Bed applicator flat on top of your mattress. Securing: Use the integrated fixing straps to wrap around the corners of your mattress. This prevents the mat from bunching up or sliding around as you toss and turn. The "Hidden" Layer: Place your fitted sheet directly over the B.Bed. Because the applicator is quite thin, you won’t feel any bulky wires or uncomfortable bumps. Connection: Run the cable out from the head or foot of the bed to your B.Box Evo control unit. You can keep the B.Box on a nightstand for easy access.   Why Under the Sheet Works Signal Strength: The Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) easily passes through sheets, pajamas, and even light mattress toppers. Being under the fitted sheet won't decrease the effectiveness of the signal. Protection: Keeping it under the sheet actually helps protect the applicator from dust and skin oils. Convenience: You don't have to "set the stage" every night. It’s always ready when you crawl into bed.   A Few Tips for Best Results The "Sleep Program": Most users utilize the specific Sleep Program on the B.Box Evo. This typically starts with a low-frequency signal to help you drift off and finishes with a "wake-up" signal in the morning. Avoid Thick Toppers: While a standard sheet is fine, a very thick, dense memory foam topper (3+ inches) placed on top of the B.Bed might slightly increase the distance between you and the coils. For maximum "oomph," keep it as close to your body as comfort allows. Cable Management: To keep the look truly clean, you can snake the cable under the bed frame so it only emerges right where the control box sits.   Note: Just a friendly reminder to check that the B.Box Evo is plugged into a surge protector, especially if you plan on leaving it connected 24/7 in your bedroom.
