the becoming journal

By Bianca Sparacino  From Bianca Sparacino — poet, author, and @rainbowsalt on Instagram, where over one million followers return daily for her writing on love, healing, and what it means to feel everything deeply. Author of "Seeds Planted in Concrete," "The Strength in Our Scars," and "A Gentle Reminder" — books sold worldwide, been translated into multiple languages, and found their way onto global bestseller lists. She writes, as she has always said, not from a place of having answers, but from a place of learning alongside her readers. "The Becoming Journal" is that practice made personal — pages designed for you to write your own version of what she has spent years writing for others. This journal is for the deep feelers. For the ones who sense that they are somewhere in the middle of a becoming — between who they were and who they are learning to grow into — and who need somewhere to show up for that process with honesty and intention. Not a record of what has already happened. Not a place to document grief or capture memories. A working companion for the active, daily, sometimes unglamorous practice of becoming more fully yourself. The structure combines two rhythms: daily rituals — brief practices of gratitude, presence, and energy alignment that take only minutes but compound significantly over time — and deeper weekly prompts that ask the bigger questions: what are you carrying that no longer belongs to you, what beauty are you missing in the ordinary moments, what does the person you are becoming actually look like. The daily practice keeps you tethered to the present. The weekly prompts keep you honest about where you're going. In Sparacino's own words: "I hope these pages remind you just how far you have come. I hope these pages help you to believe in where you are going. I hope they help you to embrace the human being you are becoming." Perfect for: -Readers of "A Gentle Reminder," "The Strength in Our Scars," or "Seeds Planted in Concrete" who want to move from receiving Sparacino's words to writing their own — this is the active companion to her passive reading experience -Followers of @rainbowsalt who want Sparacino's framework for reflection in a structured daily and weekly practice -Deep feelers at a crossroads or in transition — after a relationship ends, after a move, after a loss, after a realization — who need a guided structure for the becoming period rather than a blank page -Those who find generic guided journals too surface-level but structured journaling too rigid — this sits in the middle: daily practices light enough to sustain, weekly prompts substantial enough to matter -Gift-seekers looking for something genuinely meaningful for a friend who feels everything deeply and is in the middle of figuring out who they are becoming
