The Bank Bag (Seed Starter Pack)

The Bank Bag is recommended for persons wishing to get started with a garden, but who aren't quite ready to go all in. It is also ideal for experienced vegetable gardeners who may be limited in garden space. The Bank Bag includes 24 different breeds of heirloom seed guaranteed to grow in your USDA Zone plus a Texas Ready/Mittleider Gardening Chart. You will receive one or more representative heirloom breeds from each of the following varieties: Arugula, Beans, Beets, Black-Eyed Peas, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Corn, Cucumbers, Kohlrabi, Lettuce, Okra, Onions, Peas, Peppers, Pinto Beans, Radishes, Spinach, Squash, & Tomatoes Persons looking at their seed bank as a food safety net should purchase a Liberty Seed Bank. The smallest of these is the Piggy Bank, which contains three times the number of varieties you will find in the Bank Bag, and twice as much seed per variety. It also comes packaged in a genuine US Army ammo box - overall, a significantly better value. The Bank Bag does not come with any training manuals. So unless you are an experienced vegetable gardener, we strongly suggest that you purchase a copy of The Mittleider Gardening Course. (If you would prefer to garden using a different system, we would recommend The Vegetable Gardener's Bible, ) These books are the instruction manuals for our seed banks, as they provide detailed instructions on how to cultivate each variety in your bank. Other books offered on our website are also strongly recommended for those wishing to maximize their harvest and pursue a lifestyle of true self-sustainability.
