*September Producer Spotlight* "Just as an apple can't fall far from a tree, a wine cannot be made without a story. My winemaking reflects what I was taught by my family and reflects the passion that characterizes each one of us." -- Matias Riccitelli Made from 40-year-old vines grown in clay and rocky soils in Uco Valley, this Torrontes is hand-harvested and macerated on the skins for 48 hours. Fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in concrete eggs for six months, the result is a crisp and refreshing white wine with inviting aromas of citrus and white florals. The palate is awash with bright notes of stone fruit, grapefruit zest, tropical fruits, and slight minerality. Enjoy it on its own as an aperitif or alongside spicy fare, seafood, and mild cheeses. Practicing organic.
