THB FM8607 Coalescing Filter Element Replacement For Compressed Air F800 Series

FM8607 Coalescing Filter Element – 0.01 Micron Replacement Filter with O-Ring Seal The FM8607 is a high-efficiency inline coalescing replacement filter element designed for compressed air systems requiring exceptionally clean, dry, and oil-free air. Engineered to remove solid particulates, oil aerosols, oil mist, and condensed moisture from compressed air lines, this 0.01-micron replacement element helps protect downstream equipment while improving air quality and overall system performance. Coalescing technology captures and combines microscopic liquid aerosols into larger droplets for efficient removal, making it ideal for applications where contamination control is critical. This replacement filter element is designed for use in FM863N and FM864N coalescing filter housings, as well as the coalescing filter assemblies found on FR-FLM863N, FR-FLM863NA, FR-FLM864N, FR-FLM864NA, FLM863N, and FLM864N air dryer and filtration systems. The FM8607 provides filtration down to 0.01 micron, effectively removing dirt, rust, oil aerosols, oil mist, and condensed water from compressed air systems. Ideal for demanding industrial and professional applications, the FM8607 is commonly used for automotive painting, spray finishing, sandblasting, plasma cutting, laser cutting, instrumentation, pneumatic controls, and other compressed air applications where clean, dry, contaminant-free air is essential for optimal performance and product quality. For a complete and reliable installation, each FM8607 filter element includes a new O-ring seal to help ensure a proper fit and maintain an effective seal within the filter housing.
