Thanksgiving Sides

This Thanksgiving, we're putting the usual suspects on notice. We are giving green bean casserole, mashed potatoes and stuffing a serious glow-up in this class. We're not reinventing the wheel entirely, we're just giving it a nudge. Expect bold seasoning, unexpected combinations and new techniques that make old favoriates genuinely craveable.  You'll leave with fresh takes on the holiday table's most familiar players. You'll learn to cook dishes that still feel like Thanksgiving, now as a version you didn't know you were missing. Because tradition and reinvention can absolutely sit alongside each other, and this year, your sides are going to steal the show.
