Size Information Small - Wrist sizes 6 inches to 7 inches Medium- Wrist sizes 7.1 inches to 8 inches Meaning Behind The Message THANKFUL - GRATEFUL - BLESSED. What is a typical morning routine? Get up and reach for a cell phone? Get up and grab a cup of coffee? Most morning rituals are formed habits that get us up and get us going. Social media from the phone stimulates the brain, and caffeine from the coffee joltz the body. This bracelet is a reminder to add a new boost to your monotonous morning routine. Before getting out of bed, reach for the bracelet and let it be a reminder to say the words out loud… thankful, grateful, blessed… These simple words will trigger your conscious mind to start the day with a positive attitude and a happy mood. The concepts behind the words will trigger your subconscious mind to start looking for situations and circumstances that are worthy of blessings and thanksgivings. While going to bed at night, counting your blessings instead of counting sheep will create restful and peaceful sleep. Waking up focusing on what you have instead of what you don’t have, creates energy and enthusiasm to start the day. Three words... one bracelet... take the challenge… THANKFUL, GRATEFUL, BLESSED.
