Thai Me Up 2oz AZ Distilling Commerce Gin 1oz Iconic Lime Leaf Tonic .5oz Pineapple juice 2oz seltzer 2 drops of AZBL Mi Casa bitters Mint sprig -Combine all but the seltzer in a shaker with ice -Shake to combine -Fill a Collins glass with fresh ice -Add a seltzer first and pour contents from shaker on top -Garnish with bitters and mint
