Two-Step Texas Ranch Casserole

Everyone loves a casserole. Texans love their casseroles with a bit of a kick.  But let’s face it, baking a casserole can be “labor of love.” We created our Texas Ranch Casserole Two-Step Mix to provide maximum flavor with minimal time in the kitchen. We start with hand-picked tomatoes and garden fresh onions, then add fresh sliced mushrooms, Hatch Valley green chiles, and bell peppers for the perfect blend. Just add shredded chicken, tortillas and cheese to complete your meal. Next time you need a quick, easy and tasty meal that feeds a crowd, or you just want to fill up with comfort food, let us do all the work for you. Our recipe embodies the taste of South Texas - a food as rich with flavor as Texas is with its ranching history.  How to prepare: Our favorite recipe to point people to is this King Ranch Casserole. It's a classic casserole with a Tex-Mex twist, and comes together so quickly and easily, with a delicious result!  Ingredients Water, Diced Tomato, Roasted Tomato, Onion, Roasted Onion, Heavy Whipping Cream (Heavy Cream, Contains Less than 1% of Each of the Following Ingredients: Mono and Diglycerides, Polysorbate, Carrageenan), Hatch Green Chile, Mushroom, Anaheim Pepper, Bell Pepper, Chicken Base (Oven Roasted Chicken with Natural Chicken Juices, Salt Sugar, Corn Starch, Rendered Chicken Fat, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavoring, Onion Powder, Rice Flour, Maltodextrin [from Corn], Turmeric Powder), Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Red Jalapeno Pure (Red Jalapeno Peppers, Salt, Acetic Acid), Garlic, Chili Powder (Chili Pepper, Cumin, Salt, Garlic, Oregano), Lactic Acid, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Xanthan Gum.
