Texas Brisket Rub

Inspired by authentic Texas style brisket, this beef brisket seasoning was handcrafted for building deep, flavorful bark on a properly smoked brisket. Extra coarse black pepper creates the foundation of the crust, while garlic, onion, and a touch of sweetness and warmth round out the profile. This dry rub for brisket is made for real smoking setups–like offset smokers, pellet grills, and charcoal pits–where heat, smoke, and time work together to create the signature bark and pink smoke ring that defines great brisket. It brings the kind of bark and balance you typically see in competition-level BBQ, now simple enough to achieve in your own backyard smoker.
